A business attorney will be present to discuss business entities and explain the documents needed to form and register a business, including Articles of Organization and Employer Identification Number (EIN). An SBDC consultant will cover basic bookkeeping procedures, and a tax advisor will discuss the tax implications of your new business, options, and good business practices.
