Provides mail and distribution service, surplus property disposition, shipping,
receiving, and warehouse service, and universal waste disposal.
Building Maintenance
Maintains interiors and exteriors of college buildings, including plumbing, locksmithing, furniture, flooring and more.
Facilities Development
Plans future additions and modifications to buildings and grounds at Washtenaw Community College.
Building Services
Cleans classrooms, restrooms and offices, as well as recycles paper/cardboard
waste.
Grounds Maintenance
Responsible for maintenance of outdoor plants, trees and grass, along with snow removal and
litter control.
Mechanical & Electrical Systems
Provides heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and indoor air quality services, as well as
the college's electrical infrastructure needs.
