Help Desk

The Faculty and Staff Help Desk is your one-call stop to get help with all your college related computer problems and needs. Please call 734-973-3456 for assistance.

Self-Service Help Desk Request

You can submit your request by using the WCC Self-Service Helpdesk System. If you are asked for a username and password, use your WCC email username and password. This service is currently only available on campus.

Help Desk Hours

The Help Desk is available to take your call during the following hours.

Summer Semester
Day of Week Hours
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm


Fall, Winter, Spring Semesters
Day of Week Hours
Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 8:00pm
Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm
Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm
