APPLICABLE WAGE INCREASES SHALL TAKE EFFECT ON :
July 1, 2007 (for the 2007-2008 fiscal year) 3%
July 1, 2008 (for the 2008-2009 fiscal year) 3%
July 1, 2009 (for the 2006-2009 fiscal year) 3%
NEW HIRE RATE: New employees hired at $1.00 below the applicable job rate for the probationary period.
