Training The Labor and Employee Relations staff of the Office of Human Resource Management is responsible for continuous improvement of employee relations through training programs, problem resolution assistance, and assistance to ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws. The Labor and Employee Relations staff conducted several training sessions in 2006 and 2007 on Sexual/Discriminatory Harassment for various departments within the College, but there are still departments that have not been trained. It is the goal of the Board of Trustees to have all WCC employees trained. The purpose of this training is to broaden knowledge of sexual and discriminatory harassment in the workplace, along with providing a thorough understanding of the WCC Board of Trustees policy.
