Personal Enrichment. Professional Development.

Your Account

You need a LifeLong Learning account to register for classes. Once you sign up for an account you can easily edit your personal information, including your postal address, email address, and password. Your account also lets you manage your notification lists, view classes you’re currently taking, and drop classes. We even keep a history of every class you register for so you can look up the name of that great gardening class you took last spring.

Most users can change their password from their Profile page. To change your password, log in to your account, click on View/Edit Profile, and click on Changes next to your password. You’ll be asked to enter your current password and your new password (and the latter a second time for verification). You’ll receive a success message once you finish changing your password.

Create Account

You must have a LifeLong Learning account to register for classes. Having an account also lets you track your classes, view your payment history, and more. You can only register yourself for classes using your account. Family members, friends, coworkers, and others who wish to take classes must have their own accounts.

If you don’t have an account, you can create one. On the form, simply type your name, home address, and email address. If you don’t have an email account, you can get one through free email services. Once you finish creating your account, we’ll instantly send you an email to verify your identity. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.

The email contains a link that you must click before you can use your account. Doing so brings you back to this website, where you’ll be able to log in. The link expires in 24 hours, so be sure to click on it as soon as possible. If you miss the 24-hour deadline, you must go through the entire account creation process again.

If you’re a WCC credit student or employee, you already have an account. Log in using your existing WCC email address and password.

Drop Class

If you decide not to take a class for which you’ve registered, you’ll receive a full refund if you officially drop by the day before the class begins. No refunds, either full or partial, are granted once a class starts, and no refunds or transfers are granted for motorcycle classes.

To drop a class, log in to your LifeLong Learning account, click on View Current Classes, and click on the Drop Class link next to the class title.

Read the complete refund policy.

Email Problems

Some email providers, including ameritech.net and sbcglobal.net, block important email messages that we send to you. Because of this, you cannot use an email address from these providers to create a LifeLong Learning account. If you don’t already have an alternate email address, some providers offer free email accounts.

If you’ve already created a LifeLong Learning account using an email address from a provider that blocks our messages, we strongly encourage you to switch to an alternate email address on the User Profile page.
