  6. Ethics & Organizations Exploring Ethical Practices & Principles for the HR Professional

    Explore organizational ethics and ways an organization operates as it responds to internal and external stimulus. There will be discussion on the values of an organization and their impact on its employees, global issues such as outsourcing, the behavior or executives, managers and employees. The 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act as it addresses several corporate and accounting scandals of recent years will be discussed. There will be opportunities for group discussions and a suggested list of ways to measure ethical compliance.
