If you’re a team leader, supervisor, or manager — or you aspire to become a leader — seven classes will teach you how to build a motivated, loyal workforce that can reach new heights of productivity and customer service.
The classes are:
- The Principles and Qualities of Genuine Leadership
- The Hallmarks of Supervisory Success
- Delegating for Shared Success
- Developing Others
- Resolving Conflicts Within Your Team
- Developing Team Agility: Day-to-Day Tools
- Conducting Performance Reviews
Each class lasts four hours. If you complete at least five classes, you’ll receive a certificate.
