Leadership Certificate

If you’re a team leader, supervisor, or manager — or you aspire to become a leader — seven classes will teach you how to build a motivated, loyal workforce that can reach new heights of productivity and customer service.

The classes are:

  • The Principles and Qualities of Genuine Leadership
  • The Hallmarks of Supervisory Success
  • Delegating for Shared Success
  • Developing Others

  • Developing Team Agility: Day-to-Day Tools

Each class lasts four hours. If you complete at least five classes, you’ll receive a certificate.

    Agility is defined as quickness, adaptability, and ease of movement. What better description is there for effective teams operating in today's fast-paced environment? Like skilled athletes, teams are called upon to adapt to changing conditions quickly and smoothly. Adept leaders consciously develop team agility through a series of day-to-day actions in three important areas: focus, learning, and information. You'll explore tools for developing team agility through activities and video segments, and then develop an action plan for using the tools with your team.
