Vegan Foods Cholesterol-Free Living
Many people choose to follow vegan diets for a variety of health, environmental, and ethical reasons. The key to a nutritionally balanced vegan diet is variety. These diets are free of cholesterol and are generally low in saturated fats, aligning them with recommendations given to reduce the risk of chronic diseases and certain cancers. This class, led by an instructor with professional cooking, meal planning, catering, and raw food experience, will include learning how to prepare full daily meals (cooking and baking) without meat or dairy products.
