WCC Hosts University Transfer Fair Feb. 22

Where will WCC students continue their studies after they graduate? Representatives from 50 colleges and universities throughout Michigan and beyond hope to answer that question when WCC welcomes them for its College Transfer Fair on Wednesday, Feb. 22.

The event takes place from 10:00am to 3:00pm on the second floor of the Student Center building. It’s free to students who are interested in learning more about their transfer options.

About 25 percent to 30 percent of WCC students transfer to four-year colleges and universities each year. “Bringing this many transfer institutions together under one roof provides a great opportunity for our students to get questions answered and information to review later,” said John Rinke, who is coordinating the event for WCC’s Counseling, Career Planning & Employment Services department.

WCC is expecting representatives from the following institutions to participate:
