Fifty-five representatives from four-year colleges and universities will be on hand to talk to WCC students at the Winter Transfer Fair on Wednesday, Feb. 19. The free event will be held from 10:00am to 3:00pm on the second floor of the Student Center building. If WCC cancels classes for Feb. 19, the fair will be held Thursday, Feb. 20.
You can make a wax hand, get an airbrush tattoo, gulp some “pucker powder,” spin a prize wheel, listen to music, enjoy a soft drink, and much more at WCC’s Winter Welcome Day on Wednesday, Jan. 22. The free event runs from 11:00am to 2:00pm on the first and second floors of the Student Center building.
The Masco Corporation Foundation has made a corporate gift of $250,000 to WCC—the largest corporate gift the College has ever received.

Registration for WCC’s Winter Semester starts Wednesday, Nov. 13, for current and readmitted students. New students start registering the next day, on Thursday, Nov. 14.
The WCC Board of Trustees and Dr. Rose Bellanca, the College’s president, have been awarded the 2013 Central Regional Equity Award by the Association of Community College Trustees. The award will be presented at the 44th annual ACCT Leadership Congress this October in Seattle.
