New Student IDs Issued at WCC

Anticipating another semester of high enrollment, WCC is taking steps to prevent a frantic, last-minute rush to complete paperwork and sign up for classes right before Winter Semester begins on Jan. 11, 2010. These steps include several new deadlines and procedure changes.

WCC Tuition Going Up; Increase Kept to a Minimum

This fall Washtenaw Community College students will pay a little more for their credit classes. The Board of Trustees voted March 24 to increase tuition by $3 per credit hour. That means a full-time student taking 12 credit hours will pay $36 more per semester than last year.

WCC Offers Scholarships to High School Seniors

High school seniors in Washtenaw County can apply for two different scholarships that will pay their full tuition at Washtenaw Community College. The application deadline for the scholarships, which were established for students from Washtenaw County, is May 1, 2009.

Registration for WCC’s Spring/Summer Semester starts Wednesday, March 18, for current and readmitted students. Registration for new students starts one week later on Wednesday, March 25.
