Faculty Training and Support

Blackboard’s tools can help you with student success by engaging learners, streamlining processes, and managing day-to-day tasks. A list of faculty Blackboard (Bb) training and support is provided below. We are here to help you. If you do not see the training that you are looking for, complete the Faculty (WCC) Training Request form.

Blackboard TLC Site

In Blackboard, you have access to the course site, TLC: Teaching & Learning Center for WCC Faculty and Staff (you will be required to log in using your WCC netID and password). We encourage you to access faculty video tutorials and documents for software in addition to professional development and training.




GoToMeeting Web-Conferencing

The GoToMeeting web-conferencing tool allows you meet with individuals or groups online. All WCC staff and faculty are welcome to learn how to use this tool for hosting web meetings. This training is provided by Citrix and will take place online using GoToMeeting. Attendees will need to access the internet and be ready to join using a telephone or computer microphone (headphones required). For upcoming New User Public Training sessions, register here.
