This genealogy database contains: U.S. federal census records, family and local histories, tax lists, city directories, probate and military records, Periodical Source Index (PERSI) covering more than 6,000 genealogy periodicals, and Freedman's Bank Records, an important resource for African-American genealogical research.

This database consists of two components: Micromedex Heathcare Series and CareNotes System.
