Student Guidelines for Using Blackboard in the Testing Center
If you need information on using Blackboard in the Testing Center, there is a Tutorial for Logging into Blackboard and a
Tutorial for Taking Tests in Blackboard.
As a student, you must:
- be capable of basic mouse, browser, and keyboard techniques prior to testing at the Testing
Center. You will not be trained at the Testing Center.
- be familiar with how to use Blackboard prior to testing at the Testing Center.
- know your username. It is usually your student e-mail account username
without the @stu.wccnet.edu.
- know your password. The default password for Blackboard is the letter "b" followed by the last 6 digits of the student number.
The Testing Center is restricted to test-taking activities. You may not access your e-mail or browser the web using our computers. If you use your computer for non-testing activities, an incident report will be completed and filed with your instructor and the Testing Center Manager.
