Paying Tuition Spring/Summer 2008 Payment Deadline - Pay your bill to Keep Your Seat in your Spring/Summer class. If you are registered for a Spring/Summer class, you must make full payment by April 10 to keep your seat. No exceptions. View your bill online. Bills aren't mailed. (Students can receive a mailed bill if they send a request to each semester.) After April 10 make payment before 10:00pm on the day you register. Payment Deadlines If You Register To Keep Your Seat, Pay By March 12 to April 10 10:00pm, Thursday, April 10 April 11 to April 17 10:00pm, Thursday, April 17 April 18 to April 24 10:00pm, Thursday, April 24 April 25 to May 1 10:00pm, Thursday, May 1 After May 1 10:00pm, Day you register How to check your account balance After you register and check your schedule, click Account Summary by Term at the bottom of the MyWCC registration screen. Or login to Billing and Payments and click recent account activity under the Current Account Status heading on the Home tab. Your statement is only updated weekly. Student Accounting For receipt requests, information about tuition tax notification, and/or employer third party payment information, visit the Student Accounting website. Payment is defined by: Paid in Full (Cash, Electronic or Paper Check, Credit Card) Pay online: MyWCC Billing and Payments (pay yourself or authorize someone else to pay your bill) Pay at the Cashier's Office (drop box available for checks). Cashier and Web Payment Hours. Enrolled in the WCC ePayPlan Learn about ePayPlan. Already know you want to use ePayPlan? After you register for a credit class, log in to Billing and Payments and set up your plan. Deposits are required as of April 11. Financial Aid finalized - check Financial Aid in MyWCC Apply for your aid in advance to get it awarded by the payment deadline or make payment arrangements. See the Financial Aid website for details. Login to MyWCC to check your financial aid status. If your Financial Aid has been finalized you will not be dropped from your classes. If your Financial Aid, Scholarship, Veterans, Employer or Agency Payment is not finalized by April 10, you may spread your payments over the semester with the student payment plan, ePayPlan (if it works with your budget). Emeritus Student Status See Emeritus Scholarship page for further information. WCC Staff Status Keep employee, spouse and dependent records current with Human Resources. Payment process runs each night. Log in to Billing & Payments View your eBill and pay. Authorize access for guardians or parents. Enroll in ePayPlan, the WCC Student Payment Plan. Log in to MyWCC Pay in full with credit card or electronic check. Get account summary. Refund Policy Information on who is eligible to receive a refund upon dropping a class. Refund Procedure Details on how to receive a refund if you decide to drop a class. Residency Where you live can effect the amount of your tuition.
