Registration (Spring/Summer 2008)

No person is allowed to attend a class unless he/she has been admitted to WCC and registered and paid for that class. If you have not been admitted to WCC you may apply for admission online.

Register Early

Register early so that you have a better chance of getting into the class you want!

Admitted students may register by logging into MyWCC once the registration period has started. Students in the following categories must gain permission to register first: ESL, F1 visa, or any student in the Academic Intervention Program.

Your Assigned Registration Start Time

Start of semester classes: Register any time from your start time through 6:00pm, May 7.
Second 10 week session: Register until midnight, May 28.
Second 7 1/2 week session: Register until midnight, June 16.

  • Current and Readmitting Students

    Your assigned registration start time is:
    • 45 hours or more - 8:00am, Wednesday, March 12
    • 30 hours or more - 11:00am, Wednesday, March 12
    • 15 hours or more - 1:00pm, Wednesday, March 12
    • Less than 15 hours - 3:00pm, Wednesday, March 12

      The hours are overall credit hours (WCC earned hours plus accepted transfer hours) as of the end of the Fall Semester 2007. Classes in progress and transfer credit pending evaluation or posting are not included in these hours. Check your web transcript in MyWCC to determine your Overall Earned Hours prior to registration.

  • New Students
    (You must be admitted before you can register.)

    • Your assigned registration start time is: 9:00am, Wednesday, March 19
Payment Deadline
  • If you register before or on April 10, pay by April 10 to keep your seat.
  • If you register after April 10, pay the day you register to keep your seat.
  • Payment Deadline details: Pay your bill on time to keep your class(es).
Students will be DROPPED from unpaid classes
  • On these Thursdays: April 10, 17, 24, and May 1.
  • Every night after May 1.

    If dropped for nonpayment, the student will also be removed from any class wait list.
No Registration on Certain Dates
  • April 11 (starts again at 5:00pm on April 11)
  • May 8
  • On the business day before any sessions that start later in the semester.
Web Availability

Online Registration is unavailable from 3:30 am until 5:00 am on Sundays. Admitted students may register via the Web until two business days before their session begins, including sessions that begin later in the semester. Students who are dropping classes must drop via the Web by the Last Day to Drop for a Refund. See the Semester Deadlines charts.

WCC offers Web access and help with Online Services

WCC provides free computer and internet access at the Computer Commons.
