Welcome to Student Records Student Records maintains a permanent record for each student. This record includes the courses taken, credits and grades earned, and degree(s) obtained, as well as pertinent personal information, such as address and payment records. Login to MyWCC WCC students can access their student records and other information online using MyWCC: View your grades online. View your academic holds, account balances, and payments, etc. View your name, address, emergency contact information, etc. View an unofficial copy of your Transcript online. WCC students may request changes to personal information in person at the Student Connection or by completing the: Personal Information Change Form (36K, PDF) Contact Us Online: Online Contact WCC Form. Enrollment Services Hours The regular hours for Financial Aid, Student Records, Student Connection, and Admissions are: Monday through Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm Closed holidays.
