Sweet Spot

The Sweet Spot is a student-run retail space that sells scratch-made products made in our Baking and Pastry course. Culinary Arts students in the Baking and Pastry courses make the tasty treats and those in the Bakery Management and Merchandising class sell them. The shop provides our students real-world experiences in high quantity baking, cost control, customer service and community relations and marking. Sweet Spot


Menus are developed and released weekly.
