Dr. Lisa Krusemark is a Research Scientist at the Center for Automotive Research (CAR). In her role with CAR, she conducts automotive industry-driven research for stakeholders across the automotive ecosystem, concentrating on the impact of technology shifts on manufacturing and workforce development.
Lisa has led national, state, and regional research projects that focus on examining industry shifts and critical workforce needs related to changing automotive propulsion systems, manufacturing, adjacent industry opportunities, and advanced vehicle technologies (e.g., connected vehicles). Prior to joining CAR, Lisa held roles as an academic researcher and faculty member in psychology and neuroscience.
