Chef Jacob "Jake" Shepard, now Head Chef at Katherine's, hails from Jackson, Michigan. When he's not working in the kitchen, he loves spending time with his three young children. Jake's favorite culinary hobbies are smoking meats and grilling. Chef Jake's career highlights include working in several Golf & Country Clubs before joining the Katherine’s team. He’s an enthusiastic team leader and devoted culinary professional with a keen eye for business and finance. Chef Jake studied Culinary Arts at WCC and hopes to complete his Associates degree at WCC this year.
