Chef Joe Meyer is a Dexter, Michigan native but has explored cuisines in several exciting cities, including West Hollywood and Nashville. Chef Joe received an associate’s degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, and had the honor of catering for the the 2006 Rose Bowl. Chef Joe’s most memorable events to date include serving Willie Nelson and ZZ Top while living and working in Nashville. In addition to all things culinary he loves music and hockey. Chef Joe has been on the Katherine’s team since 2018, and enjoys the many clients and events.
