The ACSM Certified Personal Trainers® covers exercise physiology, biomechanics, anatomy, motor learning and nutrition. In this class, you'll learn how to establish goals for clients, and assess strength, flexibility and risk, as well as develop resistance, cardiorespiratory, flexibility, fitness, preventative rehabilitation and training programs. 

As a Personal Trainer, you have the opportunity to create a unique experience for your clients by tailoring exercise and healthy living training to each individual. This class will also provide a foundation for building own personal fitness business using the Co-Active Coaching Model to develop skills in communication, relationships, and coaching. Included in this program is the preparation book and exam voucher for ACSM's Certified Personal Trainer certification. Students may also request an alternate certification track through ACE or NASM.
