Train the Trainer is an engaging, 8-hour, activity-based course that introduces the core principles and practical techniques of effective workplace training. You will learn how to instruct others with clarity, patience and purpose - whether you're guiding new hires, cross-training colleagues or delivering compliance training. You will explore proven training tools such as Training Within Industry (TWI), One-Point Lessons and feedback techniques to maximize learning impact and retention.

Train the Trainer Part 2 is an engaging, 8-hour, activity-based course that teaches skills related to training development. Developing training for classroom instruction and job training plans requires skills beyond the basics of "Train the Trainer Part 1". Classroom training requires engaging with multiple learners which is a different challenge than one on one training. All training requires planning and you will learn planning techniques to build and deliver a quality training program.
