Weekly Maintenance: Banner Upgrades

During the weekly maintenance window on the morning of Sunday, July 17, several modules of the college's Banner database will be upgraded. These applications will be unavailable to faculty, staff and students.

Services Affected: Banner 8 and 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition, Financial Aid Appeals.

Start Time: 2 a.m. on 7/17/22
Anticipated End Time: 8 a.m. on 7/17/22

What services will be unavailable and which will be available? Banner 8 and 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition and the Financial Aid Appeals system will not be available. This will not affect Blackboard or the WCC website. Keeping up with the latest releases of our critical systems enables the college to take advantage of new features and is a critical component of our security posture.
