Banner Upgrades on July 31

During the weekly maintenance window on the morning of Sunday, July 31, several modules of the college's Banner database will be upgraded. These applications will be unavailable to faculty, staff and students.

Services Affected: Banner 8 and 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition, Financial Aid Appeals.

Start Time: 6 a.m. on 7/31/22
Approximate End Time: 8 a.m. on 7/31/22

Which services will be unavailable and which will be available? Banner 8 and 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition and the Financial Aid Appeals system will not be available. This will not affect Blackboard or the college's main website, wccnet.edu. Keeping up with the latest releases and patches of our critical systems is a critical component of the college's security posture.
