of the college's Banner database will be upgraded. These applications will be unavailable
to faculty, staff and students.
Services Affected: Banner 8 and 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition, Financial
Aid Appeals.
Start Time: 2 a.m. on Sunday, April 16
Anticipated End Time: 8 a.m. on Sunday, April 16
Which services will be unavailable and which will be available? Banner 8 an 9, MyWCC, DegreeWorks, Register for Classes, Pay Tuition and the Financial
Aid Appeals system will not be available. This will not affect Blackboard or college's
main website, wccnet.edu. Keeping up with the latest releases of our critical systems is a critical component
of our security posture.
