This interactive six-hour course covers three essential topics:

  • Conflict Resolution: Practical strategies to navigate and resolve disagreements. Build skills in active listening, emotional intelligence and negotiation.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively, confidently and with impact. Deliver clear messages, foster open and productive dialogue. Build trust, align goals and speak with clarity.
  • Team Building: Develop skills needed to create cohesive, motivated and high-performing teams. Strengthen team dynamics and create inclusive environments where team members feel valued and empowered.

Cost

$550 per person (6 participants minimum) or $3500 flat fee up to 25 participants.
