My well-rounded experience at Washtenaw Community College has earned my gratitude and appreciation for what a college education can offer— experiences that maximize your potential as both a student and professional.
Because of my experience over the past four years, I will continue to speak the praises of WCC and encourage others to enroll here.
I started my WCC journey at 24 years old, and at 28, I am proud to say I am a three-time high honors associate degree graduate and a Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society member.
I will take advantage of Phi Theta Kappa, a gateway to transfer scholarships, in my transfer to Eastern Michigan University for the finale of my 3+1 articulation agreement for a bachelor’s in communication with a minor in writing.
I began representing the college as both a student and employee in 2016, just a few semesters into my return to higher education. It was quite clear from the start that WCC is a place I’m proud to represent and encourage others to discover.
As the college’s Campus Visit Coordinator, I am stoked to meet our potential students and their families and share my WCC-fueled success story.
