Student Body

The Office of Institutional Research and the Student Records Office at WCC collects and publishes data on our graduation/retention rates, student body diversity, and employment data for graduates as required by the Department of Education.

The data is updated annually in September.

Graduation and Retention Rates

Graduation Rate: Percentage of students who enrolled as first time, full-time students in a WCC program and graduated from WCC was 27 percent.  Additional graduation/transfer data available at the IPEDS Data Center (www.nces.ed.gov/ipeds/). 

Transfer Rate:  Percentage of students who enrolled as first-time, full-time students in a WCC program and transferred to any college was 17 percent.

Retention Rate: Of the first time, full time WCC students who did not graduate or transfer, 46% continued to enroll at WCC.  Additional retention data available at the IPEDS Data Center (www.nces.ed.gov/ipeds/).
