About Perrmella Harris
Perrmella Harris is the Director of Business Development while also serving as a AAU Cheer & Dance Volunteer for over 20 years. She has been married for 28 years, and has three adult children - Glenn Jr., Kory, and Keion Harris. Her degree is from Madonna University in Communications with a Master’s in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University.
Harris owned & operated the very first successful Black Cheer & Dance Gym in Michigan for over 25 years where she earned over 100 National Championship titles, and served in the capacity of National Cheerleading and Dance official at countless local, regional, and National Champions throughout the country for over thirty (30) years. She is currently a certified judge for MHSAA Girls Competitive Cheer and NAIA College Cheer & Dance. Harris also holds a AACCAA/USA Safety Certification.
