About Michelle Mueller

Dr. Michelle Mueller is a visionary leader and growth agent with over 35 years of experience in community college administration.

Dr. Mueller currently serves as the Vice President of Economic & College Development at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She is responsible for leading, organizing and executing strategic plans designed to enhance regional and county economic and college development and oversees Corporate Training, Certification Testing, Continuing Education, Conference Services and National Union Partnerships. She recently completed a national appointment on the American Association of Community Colleges’ national Commission on Economic and Workforce Development and currently serves on the ITS Michigan Board of Directors, the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti LDFA Board, and is the Project Director for WCC’s partnership with the University of Michigan’s Center for Connected and Automated Transportation USDOT grant.
