My research interests focus on student engagement and success in online community college courses. In my dissertation, I explore how faculty perceive the role of accessible and inclusive course design, authentic assessment, and teaching strategies in supporting student engagement. I am also interested in how faculty professional learning, collaboration, and institutional support can strengthen online teaching.
