I am a Master’s level Licensed Professional Counselor and I am also a National Certified Counselor as well.  I received my Master’s degree from EMU. I’ve worked as a Career Counselor at the University of Michigan where I assisted students in many areas of the career process. I’ve also worked at Wayne State University as a mental health counselor where I supported students in regards to many different issues and areas ranging from anxiety to depression, adjustment issues, couples counseling and more. I’ve also had some background as an academic and interventions support specialist during my graduate program. I’ve also taught the COUN 100 course at EMU.  There are many ways that I can help faculty support students, but 3 core areas would be concentrated around personal, academic and career counseling.
