Planned network outage March 6; Google tools unavailable March 7

The WCC network will be down from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Sunday, March 6 as the Office of Information Technology Services does work to improve network reliability. Also, Gmail and all GSuite tools will be unavailable from 6-7 p.m. on Monday, March 7.

Google (Gmail and all GSuite tools) and Kalpa will be down from 5 to 10 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 13. Several websites will be down for two 15-minute stretches in the morning hours of Sunday, Feb. 13.

Several WCC websites will be unavailable from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sunday, January 17 while the Office of Information Technology Services is replacing the Central Authentication Service (CAS) Single Sign On (SSO) server.

Network, wi-fi and phones will be unavailable at times from Dec. 23 to Jan. 3. ITS is upgrading the wireless controller, changing phone service providers and installing ethernet cabling and network switches in LA and GM.
