Office phones and softphones will be unavailable from 6 to 8 a.m. on Sunday, July 24. No other systems will be affected. ITS is upgrading the Avaya IP Office Phone System firmware.

During the weekly maintenance window on the morning of Sunday, July 17, several modules of the college's Banner database will be upgraded. These applications will be unavailable to faculty, staff and students.

During the weekly maintenance window on Sunday morning, June 19, quarterly operating system and database patches will be applied to all Linux servers that support Banner and Banner-related systems. These applications will be unavailable to faculty, staff and students.

The Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) has been getting reports of phishing emails that users are receiving. The subject of the emails are "unicef employment" or "personal assistant." These emails provide an opportunity to again share information about job scam emails, how to spot them and how to avoid them.
