WCC has added a used Eye Glasses Collection to the Winter Semester In-Service Office Supplies Redistribution Event January 3-6, 2023.

As usual the Recycle Operations Department will kick off the Winter Semester with the Office Supply Redistribution event during In Service.
The WCC property redistribution system makes office supplies that have been discarded but are suitable for reuse available to WCC employees. Reducing waste through office supply redistribution is not only the best environmental solution for unwanted items, but is also beneficial for budgets. This event has always been popular and well attended.
During this event there will be the opportunity to learn more about sustainability efforts at WCC, and make a personal pledge to make one or more sustainability commitment in the new year.
Additionally, you will be able to donated any unwanted eyeglasses which are in good conditions to the Lions Club International Eye Glasses Program. The collection box will be on the resources table.
We will be at a new location in the Student Center outside the Book Store on the first floor, Tuesday, January 3rd – Friday, January 6th, to pick up any supplies you may need for the semester ahead. Please do not drop off unwanted items, manuals or recycling material at this event. Information links are provided below for anyone needing assistance.
