Washtenaw Community College’s Center for Career Success offers two career assessments:

MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator): Identifies personality type and decision-making preferences.

Strong Interest Inventory (SII): Matches personal interests to potential careers and educational paths.

Assessment process:
- Meet with a Career Advisor – Discuss interest in taking the assessments and receive instructions.
- Complete the Assessments – Receive a link via email; each takes about 30–45 minutes.
- Review Results – Meet again with your advisor to explore your personalized report and career direction.
