Self-Service Help Desk Request

WCC staff can submit their request by using the WCC Self-Service Helpdesk System. If asked for a username and password, use your WCC email and password.

  • The Help Desk is now available 24/7
  • Walk-In Hours are Monday through Thursday 8 am – 10 pm and Friday 8 am – 4 pm
